Every project begins in our engineering department, the hub of our workflow. We start with a preliminary analysis to fully understand the client’s needs, followed by the engineering of the control panel and the development of the electrical schematics.
Our procurement and planning department works in close synergy to ensure that every component required for control panel manufacturing is always available on the production floor. Our offices and production facilities are fully integrated through an advanced digital backbone. 80+ iPads deployed to our operators enable instant communication, full process traceability, efficient planning and real-time updates, ensuring a smooth and perfectly coordinated production flow.
Our wiring department features 4 fully automated lines dedicated to producing every wire required for our control panels. Operating as a ‘factory within a factory,’ it is the operational core that ensures efficiency and precision during panel assembly.
Our manufacturing facilities, located in close proximity to each other, house five dedicated production lines: one is optimized for the serial production of small and medium-sized control panels. Two are specialized in the manufacturing of large-scale, high-power, single-batch panels.
Our Modula automated vertical storage enables fast and precise management of component storage and retrieval. Leveraging this advanced technology, we optimize floor space, reduce material handling times and ensure efficient, secure warehouse management.
Every shipment is meticulously handled down to the smallest detail. We create bespoke packaging based on specific client requirements and apply custom labeling, ensuring full traceability and security until final delivery.
