Every project entrusted to us passes through our technical department, the starting point of our workflow. We begin with a preliminary analysis to fully understand the client’s needs, before moving on to the electrical panel design and the drafting of wiring diagrams.
Our purchasing and planning departments collaborate to ensure that every necessary component is always available for production. Our offices and production facilities are fully integrated, thanks to an advanced digital infrastructure. More than 80 iPads are available to operators, allowing for instant communication, process traceability, efficient planning, and real-time updates. All this ensures fluid and coordinated production.
The wiring department consists of 4 automatic lines, where all the necessary wires for panel wiring are produced. It is a true production-within-a-production, the operational heart that ensures efficiency and precision during the panel assembly phase.
Our facilities, located within a few meters of each other, house 5 dedicated production lines: one for the serial production of small and medium-sized panels; two specialized in the construction of large-scale and high-power panels for single-batch production.
Our 4 Modula automatic vertical warehouses allow us to manage component storage and retrieval quickly and accurately. Thanks to this advanced technology, we optimize space, reduce handling times, and ensure efficient and safe warehouse management.
