Every project begins in our engineering department, the heart of our workflow. We start with a detailed analysis of customer requirements, followed by the design of the control panel and the development of the electrical schematics.
Our procurement and planning departments work in close synergy to ensure that all components required for control panel manufacturing are available when needed. Our offices and production facilities are fully connected through an advanced digital infrastructure. With more than 80 iPads deployed across the production floor, operators benefit from instant communication, full process traceability, efficient planning, and real-time updates, enabling a smooth and highly coordinated production flow.
Our wiring department features four fully automated lines dedicated to producing all the wiring required for our control panels. Operating as a “factory within the factory,” it represents the operational core of our production process, ensuring efficiency, precision, and consistency throughout panel assembly.
Our manufacturing facilities, located in close proximity to one another, include five dedicated production lines designed to meet different production requirements. 3 linen are dedicated to the serial production of small and medium-sized control panels, while 2 others specialize in large-scale, high-power, single-batch solutions.
Our Modula automated vertical storage system enables fast and precise management of component storage and retrieval. This advanced technology allows us to optimize warehouse space, reduce handling times, and ensure efficient, secure, and traceable inventory management.
Every shipment is carefully managed to ensure accuracy and reliability at every stage. We create customized packaging based on specific customer requirements and apply dedicated labeling systems, ensuring full traceability and product security until final delivery.
