We recently completed the project to manufacture a large quantity of electrical control panels for the construction of the new hospital complex in the city of Odense, Denmark.
Beyond national borders, all the way to Denmark, with an ambitious project combining courage and progress. Manufacturing electrical control panels to the highest quality standards is our mission. Doing so beyond Italian borders, with Prosoft as the client and Eplan as the electrical design software, is a source of great pride and satisfaction for all parties involved. Completed on schedule, the project represents excellence in teamwork: thanks to everyone’s specialized expertise and coordinated collaboration, every phase was executed with precision and reliability.
Our technicians were engaged in designing 564 electrical diagrams, each different from the others, and in the subsequent manufacture of the control panels.
These control panels are used to control the hospital’s BEMS (Building Energy Management System) and manage lighting, access control, HVAC, and interfacing with low-voltage (LV) electrical panels.
Collaboration with Eplan was fundamental, as they supported us in developing a configurator based on common standards for each panel and on a data structure that could be populated directly from the customer’s configuration files. This tool simplified and accelerated the generation of customized panels, making it possible to produce approximately 15 diagrams per day.
